At Palloys, we know things can go wrong in the fine craft of jewellery. If you discover a fault with one of our pieces please return it for a refund or credit in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.

Please note that returns are not accepted unless received within 14 days of dispatch accompanied by the original invoice and job packet.
